Refunds will only be considered if Living Kool or the Vendor have not been able to fulfill your order.
Your voucher is valid up to the expiration date stated on the deal and voucher. There is no refund if the customer failed to redeem before the expiration date.
Customer responsibility: In case a specific date is required (visiting family, or other restrictions) it is the responsibility of the customer to check the availability BEFORE purchasing the voucher. No refunds will be given due to preferred dates not being available when alternative dates are available before the voucher expiry.
Management will decide case to case basis for a full refund or Kool point credit to the customers account. Kool points are valid for a period of 12 months.
If an extension of voucher is provided it is up to the customer to redeem it before the expiry date. No further extension or refund will be provided
Refund is to be given on a case to case basis only. Analysis of your situation can take up to 10 to 14 working days varying based on your bank’s policy.
